About Alice

ALICE BROCK has been involved in alternative health therapies, world religions, metaphysics, mysticism and the human potential movement for many years in her quest to understand spirituality and human potential.

Her training in human potential work includes NLP Practitioner certification and Life Coach training. Her training in the principles of energy healing comes from two mentors on the west coast, Paul Frigstad and Norma Cowie. She also has training in Therapeutic Touch (Level Two). The rest comes from the Divine!

Alice is a certified teacher and holds a Bachelor of Music degree. Her experience as a band and music teacher has given her an understanding of different learning styles, creativity and the strength of the human spirit.

She is happily married with two university-aged daughters and a tabby cat. She enjoys mountain biking, walking, reading, in-line skating, the Rockies and food.
